  • Who is Kevin Vandivier?
First, Kevin is a Jesusfreak who hates religion but loves our creator and His Son Jesus Christ. Simply, Kevins tries to live as Christ teaches by loving God with all of his heart, soul and mind and loving others. Second, Kevin is a husband to the woman of his dreams and a father to five wonderful children, three still on earth and two in Heaven. Finally, Kevin is a natural born photographer who loves to use his camera to give a voice to the voiceless and to create works of art that deeply moves the hearts of those who view them. Kevin has won numerous awards and his work has been published in numerous, magazines and journals, including National Geographic Society and Life Magazine. Kevin also is the former Director of Photography for Texas Highways Magazine and also won numerous awards as a Magazine Photo Editor. Kevin has several published books, his latest titled "Drive By Shootings", a collection of photos he shot throughout his 40 year career, while driving down the road at 70mph with his knee on the sterring wheel.
  • What is a Limited Edition?
Limited Edition means that there will only ever be a pre-determined number of prints produced of each photograph. Once the edition sells out, there will never be another reprint of that photograph. Vandivier Fine Art Editions come in three sizes, Small, Medium and Large ranging from 7 - 12 signed prints for each size range.
  • How do I light my fine art photo?
Lighting your image properly involves using a mixture of spotlights and spreads. The proper degree of spread will depend on the distance of the light fixture from the photograph. While several light bulbs can sufficiently light your image, we use MR16 halogen bulbs in The Vandivier Fine Art Gallery. It is best to seek the advice of an electrician or lighting professional to ensure the proper installation of lighting to complement your Art.
